My Story

I’ve always been fascinated by how beautifully the human body works — and how deeply our health and well-being are connected to every part of our lives. My own journey into medicine began with motherhood. When I faced challenges breastfeeding my first baby, I realized how much support mothers and families need, and how powerful it can be when care truly looks at the whole person.

I went on to earn my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my residency in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at Michigan State University. Those experiences gave me a deep appreciation for the body’s design and its amazing ability to heal when given the right support.

Today, I provide osteopathic care for people of all ages — from newborns to adults — focusing on restoring movement, reducing pain, and improving overall function. My work includes musculoskeletal rehabilitation, osteopathic treatment, and medical consultation for NaPRO and women’s health.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my husband and our five lively children. I love cooking, gardening,  embroidery, and soaking up the simple joys of family life.

My Story

I graduated with my BSN from Eastern Michigan University and hold a Certification in Bioethics from the National Catholic Bioethics Center. I am a student in the Marquette Method Teacher Training Program through the Bolland Institute for Natural Family Planning. As a mom of three, I enjoy hiking and camping with my family as well as studying and organizing while my children nap. I am passionate about Catholic Bioethics and am eager to help couples learn NFP with a simple, comprehensive, reliable method. Please reach out if you are interested in learning the Marquette Model.
